自由な発想とユニークな視点を持つ湘南出身のシンガーソングライター。SOUL、R&B、ROCKなど、あらゆるジャンルを内包しつつ、どこかアンニュイなメロディと憂いを帯びた歌声で聴くものを虜に。悲しみや落ち込みから生まれた音楽のジャンル・ブルースに影響を受けた自身の造語“ブルージーに生きろ”をテーマに、ネガティブな感情や事象をクリエイティブへと転換し肯定する。
2021年7月にデビューシングル「ネイルの島」をリリースし、本格的に活動を開始。デビュー後わずか1年でFUJI ROCK FESTIVAL'22への出演を果たした。2022年12月には、1st Album『Inner Ocean』をリリース。また、2023年12月に東京・渋谷WWW Xにて行われたワンマンライブ( star )は即日ソールドアウトを達成した。
さらに、GREEENROOM FESTIVAL 、朝霧JAM、岩壁音楽祭、台湾のLUCFestや韓国のASIA SONG FESTIVALなど、国内外の大型フェスに多数出演。音楽活動だけに留まらず美術作家、アパレルブランドのバイヤー、フラダンサーなど、マルチに活動を展開している。2024年9月には東名阪を回るツアーを開催し、恵比寿LIQUIDROOM公演をソールドアウトさせた。

A singer-songwriter from Shonan with a free spirit and unique perspective. Encompassing genres like SOUL, R&B, and ROCK, her melancholic melodies and wistful voice captivates listeners. Influenced by the genre of blues, whose themes encompass forms and feelings of sadness; Her self-coined theme "Live Blue-sy" emphasizes transforming negative emotions and events into creative affirmations.
She officially began her career in July 2021 with the release of her debut single "Nail no Shima." The following year, she was invited to perform at the FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '22, and released her first album, "Inner Ocean" that December. Additionally, her solo live show during December of 2023 was a sold out at the Shibuya WWW X located in Tokyo.
Moreover, she has performed at numerous major festivals both domestically and internationally, including GREEENROOM FESTIVAL, Asagiri JAM, GAMPEKI Music Festival, LUCFest (Taiwan), and ASIA SONG FESTIVAL (South Korea). Her activities are not limited to music; she is also active as a visual artist, fashion curator, and hula dancer. Current plans for Salasa include a tour around Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka in September 2024.

Hailing from Shonan, singer-songwriter Salasa made her FUJI ROCK debut in 2022, just one year after her debut. With her smoky, slightly wistful voice and genre-defying musical style, she quickly captured widespread attention.
This 11-track album encapsulates the pure essence of her early days, featuring her breakout hit *“Until the Break of Dawn”*, which topped radio charts for three consecutive weeks, the standout collaboration “Blue” with NEI, and beloved live staples like *“Sunrise”*, *“In the afternoon sun”*, and *“Dance”*.
