“BUZZCUT INFERNO (Kyouseimarubouzujigoku)”—a masked rock band born out of madness and melancholy—formed after members hit it off at a class reunion held for the first time in about 40 years.
Shrouding their formation history, the members’ true identities, and their entire background in a veil of mystery, this unique group—who claim to have “shaved off everything: hair, past, and pride”—is releasing their first single, “Become a Villainess,” as a limited-edition 7-inch vinyl!

Contrary to the band’s name, which makes a strong first impression, the moment the needle hits the record, you’ll hear meticulously crafted melodies, a refined groove, and a razor-sharp aesthetic.

The title track, “Be a bad girl” is a superb rock tune where a melody tinged with melancholy and heartache races along over an impressive guitar riff and a fast-paced beat.
