ライブを前提にした骨太なグルーヴ、高揚感溢れるホーン・アレンジ、近未来的なシンセサイザーの導入、更にはブギーでスラッピーなベース・ラインを随所に散りばめる等、21世紀型のファンキー・ミュージックが完成した。
参加ミュージシャンは、Kyoto Jazz Sextetのメンバーで、SOIL & "PIMP" SESSIONSのサポートで知られる栗原健、Central/VenueVincentの西岡ヒデロー、A Hudred Birdsのタケウチ・カズタケ、オーサカ＝モノレールの木村創生 他。
1stアルバムにも起用されたUKのヴォーカリストAndrea Clarkeが参加し、先行7inch(AHS-062)でもシングルカットされた「She's Got It」の再集録も嬉しい限り。
アート・ワークは世界中からオファーが絶えない青山トキオが担当。ぶっ飛んだパワーが、全人類を鼓舞＆触発する!!

This is 21st century funky music! All songs hybrid and emotional band recording.
The talent of ROOT SOUL = Kenichi Ikeda recognized by Bootsy Collins and Bill Laswell explodes !!
The new album for the first time in 13 years is an emotional and organic hybrid sound that fuses funk, soul, disco, boogie, jazz, rock and afro.
21st century funky music has been completed, with rugged grooves premised on live performances, uplifting horn arrangements, the introduction of futuristic synthesizers, and boogie and slappy bass lines scattered throughout. .. Participating musicians are Ken Kurihara, who is a member of Kyoto Jazz Sextet and is known for supporting SOIL & "PIMP" SESSIONS, Hidero Nishioka of Central / VenueVincent, Takeuchi Kazutake of A Hudred Birds, Soki Kimura of Osaka Monaurail and others.
UK vocalist Andrea Clarke, who was also appointed to the 1st album, participated, and as long as I am happy to re-record "She's Got It" which was single-cut even in the preceding 7inch (AHS-062).
Tokio Aoyama, who is constantly receiving offers from all over the world, is in charge of the artwork. The blown power inspires and inspires all humankind !!
