鈴木弘は、1933年横浜生まれのジャズ・トロンボーン奏者。
多忠修とゲイ・スターズ、見砂直照と東京キューバン・ボーイズ、宮間利之とニューハード、原信夫とシャープス＆フラッツなどで活躍した後、1971年にアメリカに移住。一時帰国した際に、かつて在籍したジャズコンボ「フリーダム・ユニティ」のメンバー（石川晶、村岡建、鈴木宏昌、稲葉国光）とアルバム『キャット』を制作。
2020年にラスベガスで86歳で亡くなった。

He performed with notable groups such as Tadaosa Ohno & Gay Stars, Tadaai Misago & Tokyo Cuban Boys, Toshiyuki Miyama & His New Herd, and Nobuo Hara & Sharps & Flats.
In 1971, he moved to the United States. During a temporary return to Japan, he recorded the album "Cat" with former members of the jazz combo Freedom Unity: Akira Ishikawa, Takeru Muraoka, Hiromasa Suzuki, and Kunimitsu Inaba. He passed away in Las Vegas in 2020 at the age of 86.
