鈴木恵TRIO（スズキサトシトリオ）
作詞／作曲／編曲家の鈴木恵率いるポップス、サイケデリック、ソフトロック、カントリーロッククループ。
1994年の「EXTENSION58」結成より音楽キャリアがスタート。KOGA Recordsよりアルバム3枚をリリースし、以降自らのソロプロジェクト「鈴木恵TRIO」を結成して現在に至る。地元新潟を中心に県内外で積極的にライブ活動を展開。また新潟へ数多くのアーチストを招聘し、行った自主企画は110回を超える。
また作詞・作曲家としては、アイドルグループ「RYUTist」をはじめ、いわゆる「楽曲派アイドル」と言われるアイドルへの楽曲提供を手掛け、名曲メーカーとして名を馳せるようになった。
加えて今作品でもある人気キャラクターのテーマソング『かなかも』『タイムマシーン』制作、アパレルメーカー「G.F.G.S.」のテーマソング楽曲制作、FMラジオ番組のジングル制作など、近年ではテーマソングメーカーとしても呼び声が高まっている。

SUZUKI SATOSHI TRIO
A pop,psychedelic,soft rock,and country rock group led by lyricist,composer,and arranger Satoshi Suzuki.
His musical career began in 1994 with the formation of "EXTENSION58" After releasing three albums from KOGA Records,he formed his own solo project,"SUZUKI SATOSHI TRIO",which continues to this day.He actively performs live both within and outside his hometown of Niigata.He has also invited numerous artists to Niigata and has organized over 110 self-produced events.
As a lyricist and composer,he has provided songs for idol groups such as "RYUTist" and other idols known as "music-focused idols", establishing himself as a renowned songwriter.
In addition,he has recently gained recognition as a theme song maker,having produced theme songs for popular characters such as "Kanakamo" and "Time Machine" the apparel manufacturer "G.F.G.S." and jingles for FM radio programs.

NHK Eテレ「みいつけた!」キャラクターデザインでお馴染みのイラストレーター/アートディレクター・大塚いちおが作詞、鈴木恵TRIO・鈴木恵が作曲した『かなかも』『タイムマシーン』の2曲は、大塚がデザインした人気の上越妙高駅お出迎えキャラクター「ウェルモ」（もぐら）をモチーフに書き下ろした共作となっている。ジャケットのアートディレクションも大塚自らが担当した、まさにコレ クターズアイテム必至の作品。レコーディングには、キーボードの高野勲、アコーディオンのイケミズマユミ（ex-bridge）、ペダルスティール、バンジョーの渡辺たもつ（秘密のミーニーズ）等豪華ゲストが参加。ドラム、ベース、アコースティックギターはもちろんのこと、ヴィブラフォン、チャイムに至るまで全て生演奏で録音されているアンサンブル重視の楽曲であることも魅力の一つとされる。ソフトロック、カントリーロック、バブルガムポップ、サイケデリック等1960年代〜現代に至るまでのある意味でニッチなポップス要素を抽出し西海岸風コーラスワークをドリーミーにブレンド、それを和製極上ポピュラーミュージックへと昇華させた音楽性が魅力。
尚、A面『かなかも』は、鈴木恵TRIOのファーストアルバム「come here my dear」に収録されている人気曲のシングルカットで、今回アナログ用にリマスターされた2026年ニューバージョン。B面『タイムマシーン』はこの７インチでしか聴くことができない未発表の新曲となっている。

Information
Illustrator/art director Ichio Otsuka,known for his character designs for NHK E-tele's "Miitsuketa!",wrote the lyrics,and Suzuki of the SUZUKI SATOSHI TRIO composed the music.The theme of this album is "extremely pop-oriented alternative country".The two songs,"Kanakamo" and "Time Machine" are collaborative works written with the popular Joetsu Myoko Station welcoming character "Welmo"(a mole),designed by Otsuka,as the motif.Otsuka himself also handled the art direction for the album jacket,making this a must-have collector's item.The recording features a stellar lineup of guest musicians,including Isao Takano on keyboards,Mayumi Ikemizu (ex-bridge) on accordion,and Tamotsu Watanabe (the secret meanies) on pedal steel and banjo.One of its appealing aspects is its emphasis on ensemble playing,with everything from drums,bass,and acoustic guitar to vibraphone and chimes all recorded live.The music is appealing because it extracts niche pop elements from the 1960s to the present day,such as soft rock,country rock,bubblegum pop,and psychedelia,and blends them with dreamy West Coast-style chorus work,elevating it into top-notch Japanese popular music.
This release includes a luxurious,specially designed jacket featuring an original illustration by illustrator Ichio Otsuka,and a limited-edition postcard included with the first press edition.
