神戸出身、Yuto UchinoとKaoru Nakazawaによる音楽プロジェクト。80～90年代のシンセポップ、シューゲイザーサウンドから、リアルタイムなUSインディーポップの影響や、チルウェーヴなどを経由したサウンドスケープは、ネット上で話題を呼び、日本のみならず海外からも問い合わせ殺到している。The Last Shadow Puppets、Phoenix、MEW、CIRCA WAVES などのツアーサポート、FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL、SUMMER SONICなどの国内大型フェス始め、アメリカのSXSW Music Festival、UKのThe Great Escape、フランスのLa Magnifique Soc iety、中国のStrawberry Festivalなどへの出演、そして中国で15,000人を動員したツアーや、US/UK/アジアでヘッドライナーツアーを成功させるなど、ワールドワイドで活動する新世代アーティストの中心的存在となっている。

Hailing from the vibrant Japanese port city of Kobe, The fin. have quickly drawn attention inside and outside the borders of their homeland with their stylish Europhile blend of synthpop, chillwave and dream pop, complemented by English lyrics addressing universal themes of everyday uncertainties.
Their move to London has seen them develop themselves artistically through collaboration with a wealth of European artists and producers like Bradley Spence, All We Are, Circa Waves, Last Shadow Puppets, Petite Noir and many more.
Their last EP "Wash Away", released in September 2019, was followed by an Asia tour gathering more than 15,000 fans. Their new single “Over The Hill”, from February 2020, has been selected on 9 of Spotify’s New Music Friday playlists across the world, such as New Music Friday UK.
Never on pause, they are about to drop new music, with a full album scheduled for this year.

Information
The fin. has released their third album "Outer Ego" in three years and seven months, which is a self-produced work with Yuto Uchino handling all the sound production from recording to mixing and playing all the instruments as well as writing the lyrics and songs.
