香港を拠点とするKendy Suen（ケンディ スウェン）、かつてUniversal Music Hong Kongと契約を交わしていたトップSSWであり、昨今、インディペンデント・ソロアーティストとして活動するため自身のレーベルを設立した。この度アナログ化される最新EP「無名序」は「誰もいないプロローグ」の意味を持っている。本作に収録されている最新シングル「time like this」、「faces」、「mind’s eye」、「hakubi」はすべて、2020年から2021年までのローカルレディオチャート2位にランクインした。ケンディは英語と広東語の両方で音楽をパフォームしており、本作では彼女自身がかねてから夢見ていたエレメントを英国へ運ぼうとしている。このプロジェクトの唯一のキュレーターである彼女は、魂と誠意を持って、彼女と一緒に歩んできた多くの音楽的才能の溢れた友人達をプロジェクトへ集めた。また彼女は制作に自ら携わり、最新の音楽シーンや中国の書道作品を通じて、心を表現することで音楽の幅を拡げてきた。 本作のプリマスタリングは、Dua Lipa、Gorillaz、Led Zeppelin、U2などのビッグアーティストを筆頭に、80年代後半よりロンドンのDJ/クラブダンスシーンの諸作を手掛けてきたロンドン・メトロポリスマスタリングのJohn Davisが担当している。

Kendy Suen Bio & Discography: ''Kendy Suen, a Hong Kong based singer-songwriter, previously signed with Universal Music Hong Kong, has currently set up her own label, working as an independent solo artist. Kendy has been performing in both english and cantonese and she is also trying to bring elements she was aspired by back in the UK in her most recent works. She, being, the sole project curator of this music project, has brought together many music talents friends, who have walked through the songs with her, with soul and sincerity. Her latest singles ‘a time like this’ ‘faces’ ‘minds eye’ and ‘hakubi’ have all been charted top.2 in local commercial radio music charts from 2020-2021. Kendy has been broadening her musical tastes by getting involved in the production of her music projects and expressing her mind through her recent music and her Chinese calligraphy works. Her latest EP, named, ‘無名序‘, has the meaning of ‘a Nobody’s Prologue’, in this EP, all the songs are not just Kendy’s story, but everyone’s story, who might be nobody. But in fact, nobody is also somebody. It signifies that ‘in a time like’, with all the true and fake ‘faces’ all around in today’s generation, we should try to use our ‘mind’s eye’ to see and live our every day, just like how ‘hakubi’ blossoms in the dry desert. And all these, could be everyone’s story, ‘our story’, as a human in this era.''
